At Southern Kissed, our main focus is offering a reliable and high-end vacation rental experience. Our founder and travel enthusiast, Lizzette Van Osten, is a wife and mother of two beautiful girls. She was on vacation with her family when she realized how much she cherished the sweet memories they always made when visiting their properties. Her family would sit around and reminisce about the fun they had on these trips, and she knew she wanted to share that joy with others. That’s how Southern Kissed Vacays was born.
It is always our goal to make sure our guests feel at home during their stay. We serve families from all over the world who are looking to escape for a long weekend. We provide top-of-the-line vacation rentals for families to stay in style, without having to purchase a property of their own.

Frequently Asked Questions
Depending on the situation at hand, yes. If you are displeased upon arrival and decided to not stay at the rental, one can receive a full or partial refund.
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- 90% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
There is a cleaning fee included in the price of your rental that is based on the total rental price. There will be an inspection and clean up crew come through after your visit.
